重新回到(dao)(dao)勞(lao)務公司任職總(zong)經理后,溫(wen)成(cheng)剛同志以想農(nong)名(ming)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)所想,急農(nong)名(ming)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)所急,為(wei)農(nong)名(ming)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)謀福利為(wei)準則,扎實(shi)開展各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。他統籌分配勞(lao)動(dong)力,利用有限的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),邀請專家(jia)為(wei)農(nong)名(ming)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)培訓(xun),與(yu)教培中(zhong)心一起,在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)舉(ju)辦(ban)農(nong)名(ming)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)夜校,對農(nong)名(ming)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進行系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)教育,已(yi)經有近4000人/次參(can)與(yu)培訓(xun),拿到(dao)(dao)中(zhong)高級證書的(de)(de)(de)人達到(dao)(dao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)3400人,為(wei)100多人辦(ban)理了(le)(le)(le)(le)特殊工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種(zhong)證件,全面提升(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)(le)勞(lao)務公司施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)班(ban)組的(de)(de)(de)業務水平,提高了(le)(le)(le)(le)項目(mu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量。同時(shi)(shi),他還帶領施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)班(ban)長(chang)和業務骨干走訪省內(nei)外(wai)學習參(can)觀,在不到(dao)(dao)三年時(shi)(shi)間(jian)里,已(yi)經組織了(le)(le)(le)(le)十幾次集(ji)中(zhong)學習和施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場觀摩(mo),強化了(le)(le)(le)(le)班(ban)組長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)質量意(yi)識,為(wei)集(ji)團公司質量再上臺階奠定了(le)(le)(le)(le)基礎。
他關注和建(jian)筑(zhu)勞動力(li)有(you)關的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)政(zheng)(zheng)和舉措。近半年的(de)(de)(de)時間里,完成(cheng)了(le)(le)對4300余農名(ming)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)信息采集,完成(cheng)了(le)(le)和政(zheng)(zheng)府有(you)關部門的(de)(de)(de)對接工(gong)作,整個業務(wu)流程相當(dang)熟練(lian),通過深入細(xi)致(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作,提前掌(zhang)握(wo)了(le)(le)有(you)關農民工(gong)實名(ming)制辦卡的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項措施,為(wei)下(xia)步全面實施,奠定了(le)(le)基(ji)礎。在已經到(dao)來的(de)(de)(de)“營(ying)改增”新(xin)(xin)政(zheng)(zheng)下(xia),主(zhu)動與稅務(wu)部門和子(zi)分公司(si)協調溝通,他掌(zhang)握(wo)了(le)(le)勞務(wu)人工(gong)轉(zhuan)票開具(ju)的(de)(de)(de)相關流程及工(gong)資發(fa)放等(deng)工(gong)作,滿足了(le)(le)在新(xin)(xin)政(zheng)(zheng)下(xia),勞務(wu)公司(si)所(suo)涉(she)及到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)稅收方面的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。
